HOW DO I START A PHOTO SHOOT?
To get started with a photo shoot, just contact us and let us know your preferences for photographing your products. Send your products to us by mail. We'll notify you upon receipt. Subsequently, we'll capture high-resolution images of each product.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DOWN PAYMENT?
To begin your project, a 50% down payment of the total project is required. This deposit secures your slot and allocates resources.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE FINAL IMAGES?
Once the project is complete, we'll send you a private link via email to review and download the high resolution images.

WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR PRODUCTS AFTER THE PHOTOSHOOT?
The products will be archived for a period of 8 weeks, in case additional images are requested. After the 8-week period, any unclaimed products will be discarded.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE FINAL IMAGES?
We work closely with each client to meet their unique needs. The more information you provide, the better we can meet your requirements. If something isn't working, please feel free to reach out - we are always open to discussing a re-shoot. In the event of any errors on our part, we will gladly re-shoot your project at no extra cost. Our goal is to deliver content you can be proud of.

Expedited services are offered for a 25% surcharge, contact us for availability.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?
Any additional costs, such as specific backgrounds or props not in our inventory, will be added to the invoice at cost, pending client approval.

WHAT TYPE OF LICENSE COMES WITH THE IMAGES?
The photographer holds the copyright to all images and reserves the right to use them for their portfolio and self-promotion. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the content for marketing purposes. Selling or licensing the images to third parties is prohibited without the photographer's written consent.
